The BC Conservation Data Centre's (CDC) Biotics system is an application suite developed by Natureserve.org, which facilitates the cataloguing of important information regarding the rare and endangered species and ecosystems of British Columbia. Raptor Technologies has assisted the CDC with the general operation of Biotics, as well as its customization and enhancement/extension in order to meet the specialized requirements of the CDC. This has required a expert knowledge of the Biotics Tracker application and underlying database model, as well as the business requirements of the CDC. Raptor has been involved with this effort since 2002.
